Human beings apply twenty amino acids for their goals, but there are about 240 of them in nature. Those twenty amino acids are divided into two types: essential and nonessential.

Usually, essential amino acids are gotten from the diet. Threonine, leucine, lysine, methionine, valine, isoleucine, tryptophan, and phenylalanine are included into this group.

Histidine that's important for development of kids is named semi-essential.
